Cost comparison
What are you actually paying?
Not the headline price. The per-tech seats, the modules that turned out not to be included, and the year you are still locked in for. Put your real numbers in.

About these numbers
Where the comparison comes from.
They are ranges drawn from vendors’ published pricing and from contractor-reported figures in public reviews and forums, not from a price list anyone handed us. Every vendor negotiates, so treat this as an order-of-magnitude estimate — which is exactly why the form above asks for your real invoice. If you enter your actual monthly bill, the calculator uses that instead of our range.
The tier your technician count falls into, plus any add-on you ticked that is a paid add-on for us too — the in-home Sales Advisor and truck inventory both are, and we have priced them in rather than quietly leaving them out. One-time setup is shown separately because it is one-time.
Because the annual number is not the whole exposure. Multi-year field-service contracts are common, renewal increases are normal, and public complaints describe early-termination charges in the tens of thousands. We are month to month, so the number above is the whole commitment.
