Correct. Pricing is per company, with a tier ceiling on how many active technicians the plan supports (Starter 5 / Pro 15 / Enterprise unlimited). You don't pay extra each time you hire a tech inside the tier.

Free data migration (customers, jobs, equipment, memberships, pricebook), trade configuration, financing partner connection, integration with your existing accounting / phone system, and live training for office staff & technicians. Most shops are live in 14 days.

Yes — month-to-month with no contract. Annual prepay (15% discount) commits you for the year but you can still cancel renewal anytime. Your data is yours; you can export everything before you leave.

Yes — the 30% Year 1 discount applies to your base subscription AND any add-ons activated in the first year. After Year 1, add-ons return to standard pricing but your base subscription stays locked.

Credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. Setup is invoiced separately and due in onboarding. Monthly subscriptions auto-charge on the same day each month.
