The ONEREQ PRO Tech app is available on the Apple App Store. Search for "ONEREQ PRO Tech" or use the link your dispatcher will share with you. Once installed, sign in with the credentials provided by your company admin. The app works on both iPhone and iPad.
Field-service technicians spend most of the day driving between job sites with the iPad locked or in their vehicle dock. "Always Allow" lets the app keep sharing GPS with dispatch in the background, so dispatch can route the nearest tech to a new call and customers get accurate arrival ETAs. Without "Always Allow," tracking stops the moment the screen locks.
Yes. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → ONEREQ PRO Tech and choose "While Using" or "Never." Background dispatch features will degrade, but the rest of the app continues to work.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen at app.onereqpro.com or in the iOS app. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email support@onereqpro.com.
Email privacy@onereqpro.com with your account email and a brief description of what you'd like deleted. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate, then schedule it for permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
Most field workflows work offline — viewing your job list, capturing diagnosis notes, taking photos, and writing estimates. The app syncs everything when you regain a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Live dispatch updates and AI features (voice-to-text, diagnosis rewrite) require connectivity.
Sign into app.onereqpro.com, go to Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks, and click "Connect." You'll be redirected to Intuit's secure OAuth flow to grant access. Once connected, customers, invoices, and payments sync automatically. Disconnect at any time from the same screen.
