These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ONEREQ PRO platform ("Platform") operated by ONEREQ PRO ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform with reasonable notice.
Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are as described at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Platform ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
You grant us a limited license to use, process, store, and transmit Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you, including syncing data with third-party services you connect.
You may request an export of Your Data at any time by contacting us. We will provide your data in a standard machine-readable format within a reasonable timeframe.
Our collection and use of Your Data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
When you connect third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online or Stripe), you authorize ONEREQ PRO to access and exchange data with those services on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization with those services.
Your use of third-party services through the Platform is also subject to the terms and conditions of those services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
If you connect QuickBooks Online, ONEREQ PRO will access your QuickBooks data only as authorized by you through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow. You can disconnect at any time, which immediately revokes access. We comply with Intuit's developer guidelines and data handling requirements.

If you opt in (through your service provider's website, in person at the time of service, or by verbal authorization captured by your provider's office), we will send SMS messages on behalf of your service provider, including:
Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your service activity, up to 10 messages per month per recipient.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan. ONEREQ PRO and your service provider do not charge for SMS.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately end SMS from this program. You will receive one confirmation message. To resume, reply START, YES, UNSTOP, or RESUBSCRIBE.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@onereqpro.com or (856) 856-1430. We respond to SMS support inquiries within 1 business day.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy (section 1.11) for how we collect, use, and protect your SMS information. Your mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: SMS is available to U.S. mobile numbers only. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided.
You agree not to:
The Platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos (including the ONEREQ PRO name, logo, and Rex mascot), and other content, is owned by ONEREQ PRO and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business operations.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONEREQ PRO from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the state where ONEREQ PRO is headquartered. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
This Section 16 applies specifically to homeowners and other end-users (collectively, "Customer App Users") who download and use the OneReq Pro Home iOS application (bundle identifier com.onereqpro.customerapp) from the Apple App Store. Customer App Users are not contractors subscribed to the ONEREQ PRO Platform; the Platform Terms above (Sections 1–15) apply to your contractor, not to you. The provisions in this Section 16 govern your use of the customer app.
ONEREQ PRO, LLC grants Customer App Users a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the OneReq Pro Home app on iOS devices you own or control, solely to access your home-service account with a contractor that subscribes to the ONEREQ PRO Platform. This license is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) by default, modified by this Section 16 where the two conflict.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app; (c) use the app to harass, defraud, or impersonate your contractor or any other person; (d) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to the underlying ONEREQ PRO Platform.
Your contractor — not ONEREQ PRO — is the party providing the services described in the app and is the controller of your service records under applicable privacy law. ONEREQ PRO operates the technical platform on the contractor's behalf. Questions about your service should be directed to your contractor through the app's Messages tab.
Payments made through the app are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's end-user terms apply to those transactions. ONEREQ PRO does not store full payment card information.
By enabling notifications, you consent to receive transactional push notifications related to your service (appointment confirmations, technician en-route alerts, payment receipts, maintenance reminders) and, if you opt in, marketing messages from your contractor. You may opt out of marketing notifications at any time through iOS Settings or inside the app's Account screen.
You may delete your OneReq Pro Home account at any time from inside the app (Account tab → Delete My Account) or by emailing privacy@onereqpro.com from your account email. Account deletion is processed within 30 days and is described in detail in our Privacy Policy § 11.
This license terminates automatically if you delete your account, if Apple removes the app from the App Store, if your contractor terminates their subscription to the ONEREQ PRO Platform, or if you breach this Section 16. Upon termination, you must uninstall the app from your devices.
The app facilitates communication with your contractor and provides tools to view and pay for services. ONEREQ PRO does not perform the underlying home-service work and disclaims all warranties relating to the quality, timing, or completion of services rendered by your contractor. Disputes about contractor services should be resolved directly between you and your contractor.
You acknowledge that: (a) this license is between you and ONEREQ PRO, not with Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; (c) in the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (the app is free, so no refund applies); (d) ONEREQ PRO, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app; (e) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Section 16 and may enforce its terms against you.
